Error "CiceroUIWndFrame" shown when closing application

The error is shown upon closing of my application.. I checked my application but there was no log.
The error dialog shows this message "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0020001) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FF9CC3C4F38. Click on OK to terminate the program"
The error dialog title starts with "CiceroUIWndFrame: .."

It seems that the “CiceroUIWndFrame” is an office component. Do you have Microsoft Office? Can you find it from Control Panel? -

Thanks for your response..
The application I mentioned was a product that is used by our client.
Based on our query with them, they have MS office installed on their computer.
The visual studio we are using is Visual Studio Professional 2017 Version 15.9.46 with .Net Framework 4.8.04084.

Please try to disable Speech and Handwriting in Microsoft Office. The error “CiceroUIWndFrame” may be caused by that tool. -

We tried this option before but our client can't find such setting in their machine.
Btw, do you know what caused this error?

Please try to repair your Visual Studio by running Visual Studio Installer > More > Repair.
Meanwhile, you can run the troubleshooter and check if there are any problems existing in your computer: open Windows Settings ( Windows + I ) > Go to Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Update.
