Impact on workloads when moving resources between subscriptions

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a documentation or maybe best practice guide regarding performance impact/downtimes when moving resources between subscriptions. There are lots of guides and documentation about how to move and how to prepare etc., but none of them is talking about performance impact. I mean, it would be nice if there was none, but I'll only believe it if I see it somewhere in an official documentation ;)

Also, if there is an impact, it would be nice to be able to get some rough estimates, at least to get an idea which ballpark we're in.
