Issue with Teams

Please i need your help on this issue.

I have a user who reported this issue to us.

It’s her first time using teams with the account she purchase on Monday.

She cannot sign in with that account on any device

Hi,

Did the user tried via the browser or this is via Desktop App? log-in

Try Web Browser and see if is a success, if not will require checks on the router/wifi connection the source.
