I do not know the password. all the passwords I've tried do not work.
I lost microsoft authenticator and now cannot use that
I filled out the recovery information and got an email from microsoft saying
Because you've turned on two-step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but wanted to let you know.
so what do i do. This is ridiculous. I've had this email account for 25 years.
