Cannot authenticate to ms addin application because of expired certificate

the Addin application is not haing suppoert to read Microsoft exchange keys from https://outlook.office365.com/autodiscover/metadata/json/1.
But the Tokens signed by these certificates. Is there any way to get these as certificate(.cer, .der, .pem) format.

and also cant access https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx its always throwing 401.
