How to move messages when creating search folders instead of just filtering them?

As mentioned in the title. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to our forum!

    I'm afraid that we can't create a copy of emails at the same time as we create a search folder in Outlook desktop client. Search folder is simply about filtering out messages. For more information about it, pleas refer to: Use Search Folders to find messages or other Outlook items.

    If you want create a copy of the emails in Search folder, you just need to press Ctrl+A and then press Ctrl+C. And then you can easily copy them to a folder.

    On the other hand, if you want messages that meet the criteria to be automatically moved to folders, you can do so with the help of rule. It's suggested that you could try to create rules that satisfies the conditions, for more information: Manage email messages by using rules.
