Microsoft Certification Profile Page is not loading after linking another account

Hello,

I need assistance on my Certifications Page. After I linked an account, I can't seem to access my certification profile page anymore. Nothing's loading. I tried refreshing and opening it in incognito. Also tried clearing cache and cookies. Tried it both in Chrome and Edge but it's really not loading. At times, I get this message "Oops... something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again."

Same goes for the Transcript page. Hope someone could assist.
