How do I find stored passwords in Windows 10?
I've been looking everywhere for my saved passwords on my windows 10 PC, actually I also need to find them on my android pane, but my main PC with widows 10 is more important. My tablet, phone and PC seem to have a problem accepting my new passwords after I changed them, or preferably without having to change them yet again. I tried the advice given to other users with the same question, but when I do manage to find my way to credential manager and manage passwords, it demands ID verification with a username and password, which I can't even remember having set up in the first place. I could really use some help with this issue, before I end up in the nut house! I've tried amongst others, the way described below:
- Press Win + R to open Run.
- Type inetcpl.cpl, and then click OK.
- Go to the Content tab.
- Under AutoComplete, click on Settings.
- Click on Manage Passwords. This will then open Credential Manager where you can view your saved passwords.
