Morning,
I have tried to depoly a form to a someone in our organisation however the form is being blocked saying it is a potential phishing scam?!?!?!
it is not.
We use forms continually in our workplace and this is the first time that I have ever seen this issue?!
It says something about asking for private data which it does not, I even removed the candidates name from the form but still does not let anyone undertake the form.
Please help ASAP it is preventing work being done.

I have the same problem, although no scam or spam or any sort of fraud happned from my end!! how to claim it ?! please help
