Please i need your help on this issue.
Trying to add a new staff member in Bookings I cannot locate the user from the displayed, limited directory. From "Staff" area, click "Add New Staff", enter partial name in search field, click "Search Directory" and doesn't seem to display more than 3 results, if any.
Often zero results will be displayed and I know licensed users exist in my directory. Using the Classic Bookings view returns more results from the "Search Directory" option, but still is missing many results and not displaying the ones I require.
I was able to manually enter the full details from my user, and that successfully pulled them from the directory. Typing a partial name does not return all the valid results though, and that is completely different behavior from other Microsoft portals and services.
I would not mind hearing why the directory search does not work properly within the booking agent and ensure Microsoft is aware and are working on a fix.
