Certiticate Issue

I cleared Microsoft Power Platform Fundamental exam yesterday however i cannot see my Microsoft certificate either in microsoft account nor in credly account. Please assist

My issue is still not resolved. I can't see download certificate option in my Microsoft learn account. Please guide
