Bing Map in SSRS with SSL/TSL Secure channel Error

Question

We have Bing layer on our SSRS report, and it's giving error "Could not create SSL/ TLS secure channel."
It used to work from last 2 years, and it started giving error from last week,
Can you please help me on this to solve the issue ?

hi All,

we try to narrow it down and it seems we are getting TLS error from virtualearth.net. Below is the tcpdump output for exact error we are getting. Any help?
