What are you trying to do, or what application are you trying to run on your computer? Are you running Windows Server 2019?

I would make sure that the application is supported on your Windows operating system.

I actually locked my PC which has server 2019 .The next day I logged normally as soon as I logged in I got this message .After this message I could not see my desktop I could see only black screen so I had to restart my PC .After the restart there were no issues. Just wanted to know why that error appeared

Does the issue reoccur?

Please run anti-virus application check if there's any virus in the system.

Besides, please check the Event log, check if there's any error when the issue occurs.

I had the same problem as well. Event log didn't showed any errors. Rebooted it solves the problem

I any person face this problem. He should be logout his SERVER and again login this issue would be resolved.
But after few days same issue will be popup, you would be do same exercise again.
About my research any 2019 SERVER have same issue and Microsoft didn't resolved yet. @MohammadAbdllah-9705
