We use Azure Devops Repo and pipeline to manage our code, build and release. Release pipeline are configured to auto trigger after every successful build, this has been working fine until approximately 20hours ago.
The Azure Release Pipeline trigger from successful builds suddenly strop working. I have checked to make sure trigger are configured after a new artifact are available on the release pipeline, everything looks fine.
No trigger is currently working Organization wide. We are currently triggering release manually which isn't nice because we have so many services that deploys in a day.

We do not provide support for Azure DevOps in this forum at this time. Given that others have reported the issue it appears Azure DevOps may be having an issue. Please refer to this link to report it to them and/or chat with support.
Thank you @Michael Taylor I have reported the issue in the right forum. There seems to be an issue Azure DevOps. I have seen over 67k cases like mine
FYI MS has updated the Azure DevOps Status page to indicate an issue with releases in Europe. Please follow the status of this issue on their page.
