My monthly payment was unpaid by my bank, then I paid it manual and it was accepted by Microsoft. Since then it shows error and cannot open, what can I do

My monthly payment was not paid by my bank, the next day I made a manual payment which was authoried by bank and accepted by Microsoft on PC screen. Since then no Office items open but show there is an ERROR PREVENTING IT TO WORKING CORRECTLY.What can I do, my business stands stil. Regards

    Was the payment made to office service?

    What is the exact error that is preventing you from using the product?

    If it is application based the community can help you but if this is related to payment you must contact the Microsoft billing and support to get this sorted as they might look into your account and the payment details.
