how can i solve this runtime exception : Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'PImage', table 'DbSCartNew.dbo.Products'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

You'll have to look at your implementation and integration to your custom DbSCartNew.dbo.Products table.
Apparently the table design does not allow nulls in the PImage column.Br,
