Hi,

I have synced two folders in OneDrive account. But, after I sign-in to OneDrive in my laptop, sync folders are removed automatically after about one minute.

When I sign-in OneDrive in my laptop, at first, I can see list of sync folder (as can be seen in the first attached image).

But, after about 1 minute, folders are removed automatically (2nd attached image). And I don't have access to the online files using Windows File Explorer. I am not able to open any online file using Windows File Explorer (3rd attached image)

I still see the name of sync folder in the left pane of the Windows File Explorer. But, in fact these folders are not synced to the online files.

Platform:

  • Windows 11 (updated from Windows 10)

OneDrive:

  • OneDrive was already installed on my laptop.

I tried to Unlink PC, restart, and sign-in again. But, the same happens.
