I can't create my virual windows machine
i have the following error:

what is your subscription type? you need to increase usage quota

currently there is a high demand for VMs in certain regions, maybe you will try in other than westus2, try some neighboring region.

Maybe you will have to ask Microsoft support to increase the quota in your subscription.
