Unable to sign in to the Azure portal

I have gotten completely locked out of my pay as you go azure subscription.
When I try to login I get: "Request denied - We sent an identity verification request to your mobile device, but you denied it."
There is some problem with MFA, Is there anybody who has seen this problem and know how to fix it? other than saying "contact support" which obviously I can't do, because I can't get in to my account

    Hi Casitalsabela-0018,
    it's always best practice to create a backup account in case these things happen.
    If you don't have this then you'll likely have to open support case with microsoft.
    This happens more often than you might think, so Microsoft understands you'll need to use an alternative method of identification to get your account unlocked.
    Be sure you have your azure subscription available and proper identification.
    The Q&A forum also shows that you may be able to send an email to AzCommunity@microsoft.com in order to get a free ticket open with Microsoft.
