Hi All,

just wanted to know if there are any method or way to change the identity issuer in same tenant.

scenario - first time tenant was registered in Azure AD as abc.com and later abc.com changed to def.com. all user's UPN was changed to reflect def.com but still identity issuer is showing as abc.onmicrosoft.com. both domains are active and we wanted to change the identity issuer to def.onmicrosoft.com or def.com.

any help would be highly appreciated.

    Hi,

While you can’t rename or remove an existing onmicrosoft.com domain, you can create a new one and make it your default onmicrosoft.com domain (your “fallback domain”). For example, if the initial domain you chose was fourthcoffee.onmicrosoft.com, if needed you can create a new onmicrosoft.com domain called fourthcoffeecorp.onmicrsoft.com and set it to be your fallback domain.

Here is the detailed information for this add-or-replace-your-onmicrosoftcom-domain
    Hope this helps.
