The error message looks straightforward, I think you can check your network and network connection first. Make sure that you can connect to Microsoft Store and sign in Microsoft Store. Try to change to use other network and test on other machines if possible.
Since no error msg and no log or information prompt, perhaps the error is easy to fix, I suggest you wait for a while and try again.
