Got Error page with message "Oops something went wrong" upon submission of Azure administrator associate renewal assessment

Hi,
I submitted my last question on Azure administrator associate renewal assessment and got an Error page with message "Oops something went wrong" with a button "Try again".

I tried again but same page appeared, hence writing this question. Please resolve the problem.
