Hello,

I'm trying to close down an old lab tenant of mine but I can't because the App Registration "Tenant Schema Extension App" is locked in place. I've seen others here request help with this and the app was able to be deleted for them. I'm hoping to have the same solution. Any help available for this? Thanks in advance.

    @Anonymous
    Thank you for your detailed post!

    When it comes to deleting your Tenant Schema Extension App, I understand that you're running into a Failed to delete type of error, even after following the Remove enterprise apps that you can't delete documentation. Because you're trying to delete your entire tenant along with the Tenant Schema Extension App, you'll have to Create a Support Request so our Support Engineers can engage the correct teams to get your App deleted.

    Note: If the tenant that you're deleting doesn't have an Subscriptions associated with it, you can leverage another Tenant referencing the tenant you're wanting to delete.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Just check this article and steps required to delete the apps, you will have to use msol powershell commands to delete the app and once it is deleted you can delete the tenant, basically deleting all the dependencies etc. Scroll down in the middle of this article you will see the app deletion process and should help.
