Hotmail Issue

I haven't logged into my account for over a year. I understand the deletion of my account. However, the e-mail of a very important twitter account of mine is connected to this deleted account. In order to access my account, I need to be able to use the code sent to this e-mail. Twitter can't help for this but Microsoft can do, i think...

When I try to login to my account: ''There is no Microsoft account with this name.''

When I try to create a new account with the same name: ''This email address belongs to someone else.''

I think there are ethical issues here. Isn't this mail my property? Why is it deleting it? Ok, you deleted it. Why don't you delete it clearly? But you say already exists when you create an account with the same name? anyway.

Thank you.
