WCF Message Security Support

What is the latest version of .Net that supports WCF Message Security?
I found out that Message Security is not supported in .Net Core, but it is supported in .Net Framework 4.7.2.
Does .Net Framework 4.8 also support it?

According to the latest version of .Net framework 4.8.1, message security is supported.

Of course .Net framework 4.8 is also supported. You can check the official documentation of Microsoft and updates.
