Calendar events get canceled in a foreign language without user interference

Dear other Admins,

if you'd have the time, I'd appreciate your thoughts on the following matter, which I have not been able to figure out.

Please have a lookt at the attachment. In a shared calendar there has been noticed 2 times a long standing (not recurrent) calendar item has been canceled.
Nobody actively did that. Normally I'd be suspicious, but in this case it could be another cause. Because the language is not the same as manually cancelled events.
It is in English. Also, it is in white, which normally nothing is.

Any idea where this could come from would be highly appreciated, as it would narrow my search.

The calendar was cancelled, did attendees receive a cancellation email? Here is a case, is your issue the same as it?

Thank you for taking the time to help me with this.
I have made sure that none of the involved people have any of this checkmarks enabled.

Also I have studied the attached link, and it does seem to be different.
Noticeable is that everything is the color white. Usually that color is never used, and also it is all in English, while the rest is in Dutch.
There are also no exceptions. Everyone both inside and outside the organization has this meeting cancelled.

thank you for inquiering.
There has so far no progress been made, and no circumstatial facts that would help narrow the search.
A cancellation e-mail was not received by any of the involved individuals.
When meetings are cancelled normally, an e-mail is sent to everyone.

that is very nice of you.
The same problem has not occured recently.
In total, only 2 times confirmed by me.

There is zero indication of a pattern directly or indirectly.
Those 2 times however still carry weight.

The users are very competent and careful, and the impact is high.
This is our company's most closely monitored calendar.

You could view the admin edit log to confirm if someone has cancelled the meeting.

Also I would like to confirm if the meeting was cancelled or if it was removed from the calendar but not actually cancelled?
