HI there,
I have created a free account for Azure learning purpose. I have been granted a 200$ a free amount to spend in one mount. But after 2 days it was all spent already and saying that I had spent 250$ already that i should move to "pay as you go" subscription if I want to continue using services. Yesterday I did it and set up a buget of 70$ per month with an alert at 80%.
I have deleted all my resources groups I created for training exercises, but this morning I getting this alert and I wonder if they don't consider the 200$ they granted to me at the beginning. please help to know the exact amount that will be wildrawed from my bank account/card credit. I can't pay more that 70$ per month for training purpose.

Budget name trainingbudget
Budget start date 01 October 2022
Budget type Cost
Budget value $70.00
Actual value $279.81
Notification threshold $56.00

Also what can i do to stop this. should I definitely delete my suscription?
your help will be much appreciated.
Patrice

    Hi,

For the billing and usage query I will suggest you to raise a case with Microsoft so it can be dealt with accordingly and review the resource that were in use, as you have already deleted the resources they can consider provding some discount on the account but no gurantee . You can always stop and dealloacte resources if you are not using it and good to check always the running resources at the end of day so no charges are applied.

    Hope this helps.
