MFA - Asking to configure two methods (SMS and Application)

Hello Team,

I hope you're doing fine,

I just configured MFA for my users throught Conditional Access,

I'm witnissing something, when a user is trying to access the portal, he gets the prompt to configure MFA, but it asks him to configure two methods (Application and mobile), is there a way to configure something so that it require the user to configure only one authentication method and not two?

Ps : if you configure only one method when accessing the portal, and skip the other one, you will get prompted to configure the second method at each logon,

As you can see in the screen above, the first method (Application is well configured), but the second one (telephone) is not configured, and it ask me to configure it each logon.

Please perform the following:

1) Go to https://aad.portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/PasswordResetMenuBlade/\~/Properties

2) Go to Authentication methods

3) Change required methods required to reset to 1
