Course Completion Not Showing under Profile

Hello,
I completed the DP-900 & AI-900 Courses back in March of this year. Recently I attended the Virtual Training Events for both of these courses which included the ability to get the certification exam at no cost. How do I reflect the course completion (I have the certificates that I can upload/send) so I can schedule to take the certification exam for free?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
