Issue with opening prebuilt models using Form Recognizer Studio v3.0

Hi everyone,

I'm running into a slight issue with Form Recognizer Studio. Every time I try to open up any of the document analysis model (read, layout, general) or the pre-built models, the Studio UI won't open, and instead all I see is a blank screen. However, I'm able to access the custom model.

I've checked permissions, enable CORS and checked subscription but nothing has fixed it.

Does anyone know else what I can do?

@Zanele Have you tried to check if the same issue occurs if you use a different browser?

I've tried using Edge, Chrome and Firefox, but no such luck :(. Thank you for the suggestion :)

@Zanele There is an option to report this issue with a screen shot of your window using the smiley icon on the top right corner of the FR studio.
