I can't link my personel Microsoft learning account with Cerfitication profile

I can't link my personnel learning account which has the url: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/MinhHa-0819
to my work account, please help.
Below is the error details:
"AADSTS500202: User account .... from external identity provider 'live.com' is not supported for API version '2.0'. Microsoft account pass-thru users and guests are not supported by the tenant-independent endpoint."
