How to create a rule for sent messages?

When I created a rule for sent messages, it doesn’t work. But the rule for inbox messages works. Is any difference between them?

What exactly did you create the rule?

As i know, we can't move sent messages using rules, only copies of them. If you're aiming here, then I'm afraid this can't be achieved on an Outlook client. If you are referring to something else, please provide more information about your rules.

On the other hand, it's suggested that you could run the rule manually or stop processing more rules to check if there're any differences.
