We have one problem, Please how to fix it kind of have any idea?
We used an exchange email server. We transpired exchange server 2013 to exchange server 2019 one month ago. Also after we installed exchange server 2019, installed below the security patch updates.

We have 2 node exchange server 2019 in the production environment. Also, has 5 mailbox databases. For example, we configured 3 mailbox databases for active on the server is server 1, last 2 mailbox databases active on the server is server2. But after a little time, all mailbox databases active on the server is server 1. I couldn't figure out why it was changing like that.
Also, Our test environment has 2 nodes exchange server 2019. It is the same exchange server version as the production environment. But 1 difference not installed security patch updates. Some mailbox databases active on server is server one. Some mailbox databases active on server is server two. This setup worked fine. But after installed security patch update the situation in the main environment began to emerge.
How to fix this issue? How to deliver information to Microsoft? i hope see my question.

Did you follow this step, before performing any type of software or hardware maintenance on a DAG member, you should first put the DAG member in maintenance mode:
And have you performed a switchover to return them back?
