Unified MFA

Hi I have two questions

1) Is there a way to transition to a unified MFA solution? The ADFS on-prem currently leverages Cisco Duo and M365 uses Azure MFA. Basically the team is looking if regardless of where the authentication occurs i.e. Azure AD or On-prem ADFS it should leverage Azure MFA.
2) Is there a way to bulk point ADFS to leverage Azure MFA or it has to be done Service by service? can PowerShell scripting be leveraged to automate if it has to be done per service basis?

    @Kareem Abdel Mohsen

    See the following link on how to setup ADFS with Azure MFA.

    Configure Azure MFA as authentication provider with AD FS

    You may also need to setup or adjust AD Connect for integration with ADFS.

    Manage and customize Active Directory Federation Services by using Azure AD Connect
