I am unable to access my Cloud Lab VM in Udacity course anymore!! I have tried so many times and contacted Udacity Support but they seem unhelpful at all!
I need to reset my last process and access my VM online. I am using a Mac so there is no way I can use Power Shell to access my VM on Azure.
I would appreciate any expert tips on how to go about fixing this issue.
