Installing windows 11 pro on wipe drive laptop

Question

I bought a 1tb ssd hard drive off of someone and installed it in my hp notebook, booting it up it kept saying that the "wipedrive program has completed" and I've tried looking up solutions for how to install windows 11 pro from this point but got nothing, does anyone over there know anything about this?

I would recommend using Windows 11 Media Creation Tool to wipe the drive. You will need a USB Drive (8 GB) minimum to download Windows 11 on to the USB Drive.

Boot to the drive and delete all partitions on the SSD Drive and install Windows 11:
