I have a authenticator app. How do I get a password for it when my phones been stolen?

My phone was stolen and I have an authenticator app. It has my passwords and all that on it but it will not let me get into it asking me for a password it’s all in my other phone I got a new phone and I can’t get into anything, sir way I can get a verification code for it.
