Cannot add a domain because I lost MFA device

I cannot add a domain because it has been added in the past to another account and a multi factor authentication MFA was associated with this account.
But I reset the phone and so I can't recover the second authentication code and therefore access and delete the domain; and there isn't other way to reset the MFA.
There are no other accounts in the domain and it's not possible to reset the MFA on my own.
I need that Microsoft reset the second authentication factor in order to use the domain.
Who can I contact?

If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

Can you give me a support team phone number in Italy?
    Not +39 02 38 59 14 44, because I can't talk to anyone!

    Thanks
