Force Group policy not updating error when pushing to clients

Can someone please help into this, I'm252969-tempsnip.png trying to push policy to users but when I update the policy there are errors. It use to work and be successful before.

    Hi,

    To push a gpo update remotely you have the RPC network flow and you use a account with local administrators permission.
