    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    Thank you @Anonymous , for your answer, I found some questions same as mine, but nothing solves my issue,

    More details, I took this certificate 2 years ago but forget to renew it, so, I took the MS-203 exam to renew it, but it still expired since I passed on the 24th of September,

    Also, I didn't receive any email told me that I had passed the Exam, is that normal?
