Office 365 - a message cannot be found in the quarantine

Question

Hello,

I am the administrator of the Office 365 tenant.

I received a notification two days ago from Office 365 Defender that a message has been placed in quarantine.

In the desire to analyze the message, I am connected to the quarantine but I could not find the message.

In the message trace tool, I find the message

Here are the details.

With the Powershell command, I also find the message

Do you have any idea

I want to confirm with you that whether the message tracking log you provided is the record only for one email.

From the message tracking log, we can see this email ended up being sent externally. The result of "Get-QuarantineMessage" may be caused by a delay.
