Payment and trial period

I'm from Russia and I can't link my card in any way to get a free period to explore the service. Are there ways to get around this limitation?

    there is an announcement from March 2022: Microsoft suspends new sales in Russia

    I don't know if this is related to the free trial of Azure as well.
