I send out a weekly email to over 100 people in my organization. I have been receiving useful Open Rate insights for this communication, but I'm concerned about the validity of this percentage. After seeing a 36% open rate, I communicated that this was low and had users agree to review the email. It has been 4 days and the open rate has not increased. Does it stop recording open rates after a certain time? Is there a way to ensure this is an accurate number?
