I try to print through the network and I get this message on my AVD virtual desktop, before I had no problems with just reconfiguring and it allows, but now no longer, in the drivers part it is correct as well as the printer, I don't know if it is part of some directive or GPO that has to be added or configured with the virtual printer so that it works
When trying to print through the office 365 apps, it tells me
(Network Printer) failed to print the file. Cannot print. There can be several reasons:
- There may not be enough memory
*If you are printing over a network, there may be a connection or printer driver problem.
*There may be a loose cable or a bad connection between your PC and the printer.
The problem is that other desktops can print correctly and it is only some users that do not allow them.
