Personal VDI collection shows status as "Unknown" after rebuild of RDVH

Hyper-V Server 2016 host became unstable/unusable and was rebuilt.
Successfully imported 3 server VMs (DC, SQL, RDS) and the 10 VDIs back into Hyper-V manager.
Not many errors in the logs suggesting an obvious issue with config.
Suspect issue between SQL and Host...?
Also, VDI VMs continue to revert to "saved" state after 5 minutes. This was configured in this manner in RDS, however now I can't get the VMs to stop doing that.
Rebuilding the entire Personal VDI collection is not desirable.....
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
