Windows Hello not working on surface pro 8

Question

Windows hello breaks on the surface pro 8. At some point, doesn't allow to login anymore with Windows hello and the light on the camera remains on all the time.

A message on the login screen says: "Sorry something went wrong" every time you want to use Windows Hello Sign in option.

Restart your Surface after checking for updates.

Hardware driver updates might be accessible or waiting for a restart. You might be able to resolve Windows Hello problems by updating your Surface. Choose Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates to check for updates. Install any necessary updates. When you've finished installing the required updates, choose Start > Power > Restart (or Update and restart).

Try once more logging in with Windows Hello. Your Surface will automatically sign you into Windows when it detects your face or fingerprint.
