Resources being deleted

Question

I've had a speech resource group service for awhile now and its been suddenly removed from my account and trying to make a new speech service i get the error message The resource with identifier is not found with no error code.
How can i create a new speech service without it being automatically deleted by azure?

The self diagnosis returns back as everything being fine.
