It may seem that the issue may be related to some setting or configuration of the Mac devices, for which I would recommend to post your question in a Apple or Mac forums since their community may be more experienced in that specific issue from the Mac system perspective.
From my personal experience, I can share that in a similar situation my issue was related to the connection to the workgroup on the Mac device. Just reselecting the workgroup name from the drop-down menu in System Preferences -> Network -> advanced and I could again see the Mac device from the Windows 10 after a refresh.
