Hi,

Is there a group policy object (or registry key) to set "Never change the document page color"?

    Hello,

The options to configure appearance of Office through GPO are limited to the Administrative templates in the path:

    User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Office 2013 | Global Options | Customize >

But, unfortunately, it seems that is part of a user personal setting, which is not available, neither represented in the registry (in case you were wondering about a registry GPO), but somewhere in the configuration files of Office.
