Dear MS.

Our modem use Qualcomm chips. (SDX12)
Our modem is mounted on a Tablet using Window 11 and there is an eSIM in SIM slot2. SIM slot 1 is empty.
After Windows reboot or modem reboot, the pop-up is displayed to switch to SIM slot as attached picture.
What MBIM or QMI message is this pop-up being displayed for?
Also, please tell me how to prevent this pop-up from being displayed.

Best Regards,
SH Kwak.

    Hi SH Kwak,

Please see the link below for information regarding cellular connections and SIM cards within WIndows 11:

    https://support.microsoft.com/windows/cellular-settings-in-windows-905568ff-7f31-3013-efc7-3f396ac92cd7

You can fix which SIM you want to use and therefore prevent the popup from appearing.

I hope this answers your question.
